Well, to be quick: "a force" is not something tangible, it's not something that can "meet" an object and collide with it. And an "unstoppable" force does not mean a lot either: a lot of forces are "unstoppable" in certain conditions, you just have others forces compensating it. For example, gravitational pull: yourself, on earth, you can't escape gravitational pull of the earth, but that does not mean your constantly descending to the core of the planet. Why ? Because you have other reaction/surface forces that prevent your feets from going through the ground. When you stand up, you are subject to many forces that are basically unstoppable for you, but that does not mean they make you move. So I would say, if you have an immovable object and expose it to an "unstoppable" force, it will somehow generated or be exposed to compensating forces and maintain its position.

What object is it immovable relative to? movement is relative. and we have yet to discover a way to measure movement relative to space itself (universal positioning)

I think the official answer is nothing as the force will pass through. However...I like the idea that if there is a way for the force to be tangible and the conditions for the immobility are completely static, there would be an endless exchange of energy. Kinda like the idea of the piece of buttered toast strapped to the cat's back what happens when you drop the combo toast side/cat's back down...under the right conditions and the addition of some way to harness the energy, bam! Perpetual energy.

What's the reference for something immovable? If you can't move a object, move the objects around it. By reference, you moved that object.

In my simple amateur mind, they don´t really cancel themselfes out in troll physics. If the immmovable objects redirects the unstoppable, they both can stay the way they are. Unstoppable means in my scenery only it never can stop moving, not that it has to be always the same direction.
