Cho xôi và lạp xưởng đã hấp chín vào thố, thêm bắp ngọt và đậu hà lan đã xào vào trộn đều.
Trải miếng tàu hũ ky ra thớt, múc từng muỗng xôi trộn vào dàn đều rồi cuộn tròn lại.
Đun nóng dầu ăn trong chảo, cho xôi cuộn tàu hũ ky vào chiên cho đến khi chín vàng đều thì vớt ra. Cắt xôi cuộn tàu hũ ky thành miếng vừa ăn là xong.
