The majority of people in America only watch soccer during World Cup. It’s not as popular as baseball, football, or basketball. That being said, you cannot expect to pay someone huge amounts of money if no one watches. Even the sponsors can only pay for so much. Women sports in general just dont bring in the revenue to do that. Where would the money come from to pay the females more money? Are you expecting money from merchandise and tickets sales from men’s soccer to be diverted?
