Bánh gạo sốt tương ớt Hàn Quốc là món ăn truyền thống và khá nổi tiếng của xứ sở kim chi được phổ biến ra nhiều nước. Bánh gạo dẻo dai, quyện đều sốt mặn ngọt, cay thơm rất ư là ngon miệng.
Bánh gạo mua về đem ngâm vào nước cho bánh gạo ướt và chống dính với nhau. Hành lá rửa sạch, đầu hành cắt khúc ngắn, phần lá thái nhỏ.
Phi thơm đầu hành lá với dầu ăn rồi cho hỗn hợp sốt gồm: 3 muỗng canh tương ớt Hàn Quốc, 2 muỗng canh tương cà, 1 muỗng canh ớt bột, 2 muỗng canh nước tương, 1 muỗng canh đường, thêm chút nước đun và khuấy đều.
Sau đó cho bánh gạo vào, trộn đều lên. Đun lửa vừa cho sốt sôi. Khi sốt cạn và áo đều lên bánh gạo thì tắt bếp.
Rắc thêm ít hành lá cho đẹp mắt, dùng nĩa hay xiên que để xiên bánh gạo ăn rất tiện lợi nhé! Bánh gạo sốt tương ớt Hàn Quốc có vị mặn và cay thơm đặc trưng. Chỉ cần ăn vào 1 lúc là cả người sẽ ấm lên trong thấy, rất thích hợp dùng vào những ngày lạnh.
